Croatian House Split presents a film music cycle at the Ivo Tijardović Concert Hall. In three upcoming concerts, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy beloved anthological works from the fields of films and musicals, but also to witness highly innovative interpretations of silent film classics. This special cycle will be marked by great performers: Danijela Pintarić and Darko Domitrović will perform the project "Over the Rainbow", the Adriaphonics Quintet will present the "Mickey Mouse and Charlie Chaplin" project, and the Histriatria Project trio will interpret music to the works of Salvador Dali and Luis Buñuel.

Many songs from films and musicals have become standards that are performed by singers and instrumentalists in various styles, enriching them with their own visions and thus making them immortal. Adriaphonics Quintet consisting of Marko Zupan (flute), Tonči Tranfić (piano), Goran Cetinić Koća (guitar), Piero Malkoč (double bass) and Boris Žuvela (drums) will present new musical visions to the audience that bring a completely different dimension to works of film art. On February 19th, the repertoire includes the greatest classics of black and white cinematography Salvador Dalí and Luis Buñuel uz musical interpretation provided by fantastic Histriatria Project trio. A challenging performance method that involves watching a film screening and your own interpretation is a challenge that was accepted by Hrvoje Puškarić – composer and pianist, Toni Kranjac – clarinet, EWI (Electric Wind Instrument) and Osman Eyublu – violin and electric violin.
