The client, the Public Cultural Institution Croatian House Split, is conducting a simple procurement procedure for Active studio monitor speakers.

In accordance with Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (OG 120/16, 114/22), for the procurement of goods and services with an estimated value of up to €26.544,56 excluding VAT and works with an estimated value of up to €66.361,40 excluding VAT, the contracting authority is not obliged to carry out the public procurement procedure prescribed by the Act.

 DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT SUBJECT

4.1. SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT

Providing a three-way active studio monitor, the sealed dual enclosure improves clarity across all frequencies by separating the midrange chamber from the hexagonal bass enclosure, a simple signal path without unnecessary DSP and AD/DA stages, and a protective limiter that only engages when needed. To reduce harmful interaction between the built-in speakers and electrical components, all electronics are housed externally in a sturdy, well-insulated enclosure.

4.2. ESTIMATED PROCUREMENT VALUE

11.000,00 euros excluding VAT.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to select any bid if the bid prices are above the estimated procurement value.

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the simple procurement procedure at any time without giving reasons.

4.3. QUANTITY AND SCOPE OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT

The estimated quantities of the procurement items are stated in the Bill of Quantities, which is an integral part of this Invitation to Tender. The actual quantity of the procurement items purchased may be greater or less than the estimated quantity.

The bidder may submit a bid only for the entire quantity from the Bill of Quantities.

Bids for only part of the requested quantity from the Bill of Quantities will not be considered.

4.4. SPECIFICATION

The specification of the procurement item is detailed in the attached cost estimate.

  1. PAYMENT DEADLINE, METHOD AND TERMS

Payment will be made based on duly issued e-invoices, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

The delivery and installation deadline is as agreed with the client, and the bidder is obliged to organize the work in such a way as to disrupt the regular use of the space to the smallest extent possible.

  1. METHOD OF DETERMINING THE BID PRICE

The bid price must be expressed in euros.

The bidder is obliged to submit a complete cost estimate with unit prices excluding VAT.

The bid price is written in numbers.

The offer price excluding VAT must include all costs and discounts.

  1. BID SELECTION CRITERIA

Lowest price.

  1. LANGUAGE AND LETTER OF OFFER

The offer is made in the Croatian language and Latin script.

  1. OFFER VALIDITY PERIOD

The validity period of the offer is 90 days from the expiry of the deadline for submission of offers.

  1. METHOD OF BID DELIVERY

The bid shall be submitted in original paper form in a sealed envelope to the contracting authority's address specified in this invitation to submit bids.

The following must be indicated on the bid envelope:

- name and address of the ordering party,

- name and address of the bidder

- procurement registration number (08-26)

- name of the procurement subject to which the offer relates: upgrade of the existing stage lighting system.

- "do not open" sign.

The bidder submits the total price of the bid and, if necessary, a breakdown of the price (e.g. monthly amount) and a bid sheet signed by an authorized person.

  1. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS

The offer is submitted exclusively in written form, via registered mail, to the address of the contracting authority, in a sealed envelope indicating the subject of the procurement.

Bids submitted in any other manner or outside the prescribed deadline will not be taken into consideration.
