Robert Lakatos – violin
Zaria Alajbeg Galuf – piano
The concert program brings a cross-section of the finest works of French and Central European music for violin and piano, in which refined impressionistic poetics, emotional depth and virtuoso momentum meet. From the subtle expressiveness of Debussy and Poulenc, through Franck's monumental sonata, to Ravel's fiery Tzigane, the evening is designed as a powerful dialogue between two equal instruments and two mature musical personalities.
