Regulations on the IVO TIJARDOVIĆ Award for the best artistic achievement in the 2020/2021 concert season. Croatian House Split
Article 1.
the subject of this award refers to the 2020/2021 concert season. Public institutions in culture Hrvatski dom Split, as the Concert Hall of the City of Split for the best artistic achievement in the concert season, and consists of a cast in bronze, authored by prof. Ph.D. Kažimir Hraste, Croatian sculptor. The bronze cast represents the portrait of Ivo Tijardović with the inscription "IVO TIJARDOVIĆ".
Article 2.
There is only one award for the best artistic achievement in the concert season of the Croatian House Split at the beginning of the new concert season 2021/2022.
Article 3.
The prize is awarded by the Arts Council of the Croatian Home Split.
Article 4.
The proposal of the nominees for the award in question is made by a three-member council of selectors consisting of: the acting director of the Hrvatski dom (who, by nature of his job, attended all the concerts), one of the members of the artistic council who attended all the concerts and one member from the audience, i.e. the audience who attended all concerts.
Article 5.
In terms of Article 4, the members of the Council of Selectors are;

The Council of Selectors will announce the names of the nominees during the last concert of the 2020/2021 season.
Article 7.
According to Article 3 of this Ordinance, the Arts Council will make a decision on the Award by majority vote by the beginning of the new concert season. In this sense, the professional service of the Croatian Home Split is tasked with preparing all relevant materials so that the members of the Arts Council can make a decision.
Article 8.
In terms of possible issues in the procedure itself, the acting director is tasked to resolve them in agreement with the Council of Selectors and the Artistic Council of the Croatian Home Split as authorized for the authentic interpretation of this Ordinance.
