On Monday, June 12, the Croatian Home Split had the honor of hosting the "Split Virtuosi" chamber orchestra under the direction of the conductor Wladimir Kosjanenko, with a soloist Vesnu Podrug Kossyanenko on the piano, presented a colorful, ambitious and attractive program to the audience.

This concert is only one part of a praiseworthy project"Dalmatian cycle 2023/2024." under the patronage Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, which is implemented with project partners Concert office Zadar i Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra. The concerts are thus held in three locations in the Republic of Croatia - Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik.

In this great chamber ensemble founded on the initiative of the Artemis Music and Arts Association, Music Youth and the Music Department of the Academy of Arts of the University of Split, prominent professional musicians from Split with many years of experience on concert stages around the world, as well as professors of the Music Department of the Academy of Arts of the University of Split, joined forces. Split.

Split virtuosos, with the support of high art institutions in Croatia, Germany and Split, held 55 concerts in 30 cities in Croatia, and more than 100 musicians from 19 countries performed in their composition. At the performance as part of the Dalmatian cycle, visitors could enjoy the colorful beats of the compositions: Edvard Grieg: Suite "From the Time of Holberg", Prelude, II. Sarabande, III. Gavotte, IV. Air, V. Rigaudon, Boris Papandopoulo: Concert no. 2 for piano and strings, I. Prelude. Allegro con brio II. Andante con moto III. Allegretto vivace, Benjamin Britten: Simple Symphony, I. Boisterous Bourrée II. Playful Pizzicato III. Sentimental Saraband IV. Frolicsome Finale and Ivo Tijardović: Mein Shimmy and Foxtrot from the opera "Loulou la languide".
