COMPETITION
for the position VIDEO PRODUCER DIRECTOR - MULTIMEDIA
1 executor for an indefinite period with a trial period of 2 months
I. Conditions:
The employment contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a trial period of 2 months.
Candidates are required to attach the handwritten application (which must include first and last name, phone number, e-mail address) to the competition:
A proper application is considered to be one that contains all the information and attachments requested in the competition. For persons who meet the formal conditions of the competition and have acquired the status of a candidate registered for the competition, a preliminary check of knowledge and abilities will be carried out through a written test and an interview. If the candidate does not take the preliminary knowledge and ability test, it will be considered that he has withdrawn his application for the competition. The interview is conducted only with candidates who achieved at least 75% of points in the written test.
A person who has not submitted a timely and orderly application or who does not meet the formal conditions of the competition is not considered a candidate registered for the competition.
On the notice board of the Croatian Home Split and the official website of the Croatian Home Split, the time of the examination of the candidate's knowledge and abilities will be announced, at least 3 days before the examination.
Candidates who exercise the right to priority in employment according to special regulations, in accordance with Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette, No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21), Article 48.f of the Act on protection of military and civilian war invalids (Official Gazette, number 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01 , 103/03, 148/13, 98/19), Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (Official Gazette, No. 84/21) and Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette, No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20), are obliged to refer to this right in their tender application and have priority over other candidates only under equal conditions.
In order to exercise the right of priority in employment, candidates who meet the conditions for exercise of this right, are required to attach all prescribed documentation from which it is visibly mentioned, according to a special law, with the application for the competition.
Candidates who refer to the right of preference in employment in accordance with Article 102, paragraphs 1-3 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette, No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21) and to the right of priority in the employment of persons referred to in Article 48, paragraphs 1-2 of the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (Official Gazette, No. 84/21), who at the time of submitting the application meet the conditions for exercising this right, must attach to the tender application all evidence of fulfilling the required conditions from the tender and, depending on the category that is called for priority in employment, attach all the necessary evidence available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843.
Candidates who refer to the right of priority in employment in accordance with Article 48.f of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (Official Gazette, No. 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2 /94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13, 98/19), along with the application for the tender, in addition to proof of fulfillment of the required conditions from the tender, they must also attach a decision, i.e. a certificate from which the mentioned right is visible, and proof of how the employment relationship ended.
Candidates who refer to the right of priority in employment in accordance with Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette, No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20), with application for the competition they are required, in addition to proof of fulfillment of the required conditions from the tender, to attach proof of the established status of a person with a disability. Public documents on the basis of which a person can be registered in the register of employed persons with disabilities from Article 13 of the aforementioned Act are considered proof of disability.
Tender applications with evidence of meeting the conditions must be submitted within 8 days from the date of application
publication of the competition on the website of the Croatian House Split, by mail to the address:

Candidates will be informed about the results of the competition within the legal deadline.
