The Law on the Right to Access to Information (Official Gazette No. 25/13, 85/15) regulates the right to access information owned, disposed of or controlled by public authorities.
The right to access information is exercised by submitting a request to the information officer through:
In case of an incomplete or incomprehensible request, the applicant will be invited to correct the request within five days from the date of delivery of the invitation. If the applicant does not do this, the application will be rejected as unintelligible or incomplete.
The public cultural institution Hrvatski dom Split will provide the applicant with access to the information within 15 days from the proper submission of the application. Exceptionally, the specified deadline can be extended up to 30 days, if the information must be requested outside the headquarters of the Institution or if a large amount of information is requested in one request.
