Establishment of employment relationship, Article 1 - Article 20, the Public Institution Croatian House Split announces

Decision on the selection of candidates to fill the position

 "Cleaners"

1. Candidate Kristina Cvitanović is hired for an indefinite period of time for the position of "Cleaner" with a probationary period of 1 month.
2. This Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption.

Explanation

On November 28, 2025, on the official website of the Public Institution of Culture Croatian Home Split and the website of the Croatian Employment Service (www.hzz.hr) a competition for employment at the Public Institution Croatian Home Split has been announced for the position "Cleaner", 1 employee for an indefinite period with a probationary period of 1 month":

The selection of candidates was carried out through 2 phases of the procedure;

1. Checking the formal correctness of documentation,
2. Oral interview with selected candidates

Candidates who submitted all necessary documentation and fulfilled other formal requirements from the Competition were invited to an oral interview on December 18, 2025.

The competition implementation committee met to conduct oral testing of candidates who passed the formal verification of correctness and completeness of the submitted documentation.

One (1) candidate took the oral test.

After the oral interview, the Committee conducted a comprehensive assessment of the candidates, taking into account:

• previous relevant work experience,
• knowledge of the tasks and scope of work of the workplace,
• developed communication skills,
• openness to cooperation and teamwork,
• independence in work, motivation and professional approach to performing work tasks.

Based on the above criteria, the Commission adopted final decision on the selection of candidate Kristina Cvitanović, as a candidate who meets the requirements to the greatest extent and demonstrates the appropriate professional and personal competencies necessary for the quality performance of the duties of the position from the Public Competition.

An agreement will be concluded with the selected candidate. permanent employment contract, with the start of work January 15, 2026, when the candidate begins performing the duties of the position.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. Against this Decision no appeal allowed.

The delivery of this Decision to all candidates is considered to have been completed upon expiry. on the eighth (8th) day from the date of publication on the website of the Public Institution of Culture Croatian home Split, whereby the Decision is considered final.
