They say that some kind of magic is usually "cooked" in laboratories, and in the Concert Laboratory of the Croatian Home, another great project was cooked up - "Tete Operetta's Musical Time Machine". After last season's extremely successful version of "Teta Operetta and Barb Clavalira", in which an energetic and friendly singer and a charming pianist introduced us to the specifics of the human voice and the beauty of public performance with musicians, this year we are entering the Musical Time Machine. His directions will be very unusual – Teta Operetta and Barba Klavalir will return to the past, and their younger versions will travel deep into the history of music. They will remember the medieval text of the songbook "Carmina Burana", they will listen to the love woes of the baroque "Orpheus", they will fall in love with the beauty of classical opera through "The Feast of Figaro", they will laugh at "Cat Duet", they will be delighted by the fairy-tale woman-doll from " Hoffman's stories", they will be nostalgic with "Little Floramye", dreamy with "Porgy and Bess", full of hope for a better tomorrow with "Era from the other world", finally and full of optimism with the musical "Yalta, Yalta".

The young Aunt Operetta will once again prove herself as a master of interaction with children, in constant cooperation with the favorite audience. This time, her faithful Barba Klavalir will be a mentor to her own sister, the somewhat hard-working but endlessly lovable pianist Jelča Klaviruša. Unusual characters like the Cave Man and the Contemporary Singer will constantly remind them that music is a primordial human need and that there is no place and time in which parents do not need to put their child to sleep with a lullaby. Music will prove to be the best transmitter of emotions, from the deep sadness of Orpheus who lost his beloved wife to the infectious humor in "Cat Duet" or the sincere love and sacrifice of Đula in "Era from the other world".

The time machine will sail across epochs and continents, major and minor roles, happy and sad moments. His goal is to show children that music is a space of unfettered emotions and that every mood is welcome in its world. She endures both laughter and tears, comforts us with her understanding, delights with her cuteness and character, conquers with her timeless beauty. Under the playful direction of Marta Tutiš, "Tete Operetta's Musical Time Machine" becomes a vehicle that everyone with a child's heart wants to jump into, everyone who sincerely respects the beauty of art and all the unforgettable moments it offers us.

The voices of young musicians, who were generously recognized by their mentors as those who are coming and who will raise new generations of art lovers, shape a world full of colorful talents. Their potential extends from the most demanding opera arias to entertaining musicals and humorous contemporary interpretations. Acting skills are put to the test in contact with the most important audience - children. But there's no need to worry about their acting, because you can't act out that sincere emotion that everyone has in their hearts - and that's love for music. We hope that the new success of the Concert Laboratory will sail sovereignly in its time machine, which could become crowded with passengers. Future artists, musicians, singers, actors... Whatever path the little ones in the audience decide to take, we believe that they will remember their childhood trips with Teta Operetta and nurture their love for the magic of sound organized in time - music.
