Conditions:

• SSS of technical or art education, designer,
• work experience of at least 3 years,
• good knowledge of process technology and work procedures,
• good knowledge of devices and systems for professional stage lighting,
• the level of knowledge of the use of IT systems - the basics of the office system, files, more complex formatting, more complex professional applications.

The employment relationship is based on an employment contract.

The requirement for a professional title (level of education) is also met by a person who, according to previous regulations, has obtained a university degree in the corresponding profession. A person who applies for the competition on the basis of education completed abroad must submit a decision on the recognition of foreign qualifications.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law on Gender Equality (Official Gazette, No. 82/08, 69/17), persons of both sexes may apply for the competition. Expressions used in this text of the competition, which have a gender meaning, refer equally to the male and female genders.

By applying for the tender, the candidates agree that Hrvatski dom Split, as the data controller, processes the data collected on the basis of the tender only to the extent and only for the purpose of the tender, by authorized persons for tender implementation. Hrvatski dom Split will handle personal data in accordance with positive regulations with the application of appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss or damage.

The application must be signed by hand.

The following attachments must be attached to the tender application:

1. biography,
2. an uncertified copy of a certificate or diploma,
3. proof of Croatian citizenship (uncertified copy of birth certificate, valid passport or identity card),
4. HZMO certificate of seniority,
5. a conviction that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate or that he has not been legally convicted of criminal offenses from Article 15 of the ZSN (not older than 3 months).

A proper application is considered to be one that contains all the information and attachments requested in the competition.

Based on Article 12 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette No. 56/90, 135/97, 08/98, 113/00, 124/00, 28/01, 41/01, 55/01, 76/10, 85/10, 05/14) the Croatian language and the Latin alphabet are in official use in the Republic of Croatia. Accordingly, all documentation must be in the Croatian language and Latin script. Otherwise, the application will not be considered as one.

Candidates who meet the requirements of the competition and are shortlisted will be invited to an interview and/or a written test of professional knowledge, abilities and skills, on the basis of which the final selection of candidates will be made. Candidates who do not respond to the interview/screening invitation will be considered to have abandoned the competition. The interview is conducted only with candidates who have achieved at least 75% points in the written test.

Applications for the competition with evidence of fulfillment of the conditions must be submitted within 8 days from the date of publication of the competition on the website of the Croatian House Split, to the address: Public institution of culture Croatian House Split, Tončićeva 1, 21 000 Split with the indication "for the position (job title)".

Candidates will be notified of the results of the competition by publication on the official website of the Croatian House of Split in the section ABOUT US - Basic documents - Competitions for positions, in accordance with Art. 10, paragraph 1, point 10 of the Law on the right to access information (Official Gazette 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22), within 8 days from the expiration of the deadline for making a decision on the selection of candidates for the position. Delivery of the decision is considered to have been completed at the end of the eighth day from the day of publication of the decision on the website.
