A sponsorship agreement was signed between Erste banka and Hrvatski dom Split. Erste Bank recognized the work done so far and became the general sponsor of the new Split concert hall.
When signing the contract, the acting director of the Croatian House Split, Marin Kaporelo, emphasized that "empowered by this cooperation, we will work even more actively on the organization of musical life in Split and the development of the audience, with a special emphasis on children and young people. Mr. Kaporelo briefly reviewed the achievements of 2021, in which the Split Concert Hall emerged as the most active concert hall in Croatia. Thus, a total of 88 concerts were realized in (co)organization or program partnership, 22 other events with a total of 6.000 visitors in the audience, and 50 live broadcasts via the YouTube channel, which were followed by 25.000 online visitors."
"Erste Bank is aware of the great importance of investing in the community, which is why it strives to support various initiatives, including quality cultural projects such as cooperation with the Croatian House. We are extremely pleased that in just one year since its opening, the Croatian House has been recognized as a particularly important place in the musical and cultural life of Split, and that it has been recognized equally by numerous international and domestic performers and audiences. We are pleased that the organizers, despite the numerous challenges we have been facing recently, have made a significant programmatic step forward, which we believe will further position Split on the cultural map of Croatia with its diversity and ambition, in addition to the numerous programs that are already traditionally held in the city," says Christoph Schoefboeck , President of the Management Board of Erste Bank.
